Joel E. Fowlks is an attorney in Milwaukie, Oregon, practicing in the areas of Family Law and Estate Planning/Probate.
He graduated from Oregon State University and Willamette University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a journalist in Portland.
Mr. Fowlks is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Clackamas County Bar Association and the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners. He is active in both the Family Law Section and Estate Planning Section of the Oregon State Bar.
Outside of work, he is active in Milwaukie-Portland Elks Lodge No. 142, Milwaukie-Waluga Masonic Lodge No. 109 AF&AM, and is an elected member of of the Eastmoreland Neighborhood Association Board of Directors.
